Neck Pain Treatment in Palm Beach Gardens

Without a doubt, neck pain is one of the most common complaints we see at Preferred Chiropractic Center. As trusted neck pain doctors in Palm Beach Gardens, we understand how daily habits and routines can place a heavy strain on the cervical spine. Long hours at a workstation, poor posture, and constant use of phones, tablets, and other devices often contribute to ongoing tension and discomfort. Many patients come to us seeking relief after struggling with stiffness, soreness, or pain that interferes with both work and daily activities.

Signs and symptoms of neck pain may include frequent headaches, muscle tightness, spasms, difficulty turning the head, and even pain that radiates into the shoulders or upper back. At Preferred Chiropractic Center, our neck pain doctors in Palm Beach Gardens focus on correcting spinal misalignments while also addressing muscle imbalances and tension. This comprehensive approach provides patients with lasting relief, improved mobility, and healthier posture for long-term comfort.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  • How do you calm a nervous patient?

For patients who are apprehensive about getting care, Dr. Steve will usually start them on a percussion massage machine, which is relaxing and helps take away some of the patient’s apprehension. He also tries not to over correct on the first day; in order not to overwhelm the body.

Our office is also a soothing oasis that helps patients feel at ease from the moment they walk through our door.

  • How soon do patients typically notice relief?

If it’s just a simple bone out of place, typically a treatment or two will offer relief. For someone who has ignored their pain for a while, it could take a few more treatments. This often depends on if there is lactic acid build up or scar tissue to contend with. These cases tend to average about 4 treatments.

  • What other things can I do to address my discomfort?

Adopting proper posture, avoiding looking down at your smartphone or tablet, sleeping in a proper position, and setting up your office to be ergonomically friendly all may help.
